Many Businesses do not know who controls aspects of their Internet presence, and many of these rely on their website as a revenue stream. A large portion of SMEs use small marketing agencies to develop software & systems for them, perhaps purchasing domain names (business assets) as part of their contract.

However, these assets often remain the intellectual property of the Agency, rather than being passed to the Business. The legal owner of the domain has huge control – and if that is not your Client, problems can arise.

We provide a simple IP review of your Client assets, confirming the ownership and configuration position of each – these are the basics, and they should at least be known. If a transfer of ownership is required, we can assist with that migration.
